Tesla charger installation questions from Capitola customers

What breaker size does a Tesla Wall Connector need?

For the full 48 amp output it needs a 60 amp breaker. It can be set for smaller circuits, such as 50, 40 or 30 amps, when panel capacity is limited, with proportionally slower charging.

Can you install a Wall Connector I bought myself?

Yes. Most customers order the Wall Connector from Tesla and have us install it. We supply the wire, breaker, conduit and fittings.

Can one circuit charge two Teslas?

Yes. Wall Connectors can share power over one circuit and divide it between the cars automatically.

Do you offer Tesla charger installation near Capitola?

Yes. We provide Tesla charger installation throughout Capitola and nearby Soquel, Aptos and Santa Cruz. Call (888) 633-7804 to check availability for your address.
